ਮੋਦੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਵਕਤ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਰੌਲਾ ਪਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਮਕਸਦ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀਐਸਐਫ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਈਆਂ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਮਕਸਦ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਗਵਰਨਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸੁਨੇਹਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਅੱਗੋਂ ਸਲਾਹ ਮਸ਼ਵਰਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਕੇ ਦੱਸੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਨੇ।
ਉਲਟਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੇ 12 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰੋੜ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੁਹਾਰਨੀ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਹੁਣ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਉਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਸਖਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਖੇ, ਜਿਸ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਨੇ 12 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਬਾਕੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੀ ਬਾਡੀ ਲੈਂਗੂਏਜ ਤੇ ਬੋਲਣ ਦੇ ਲਹਿਜੇ ਚੋਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਜੋ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਨੇ।

👉 Amit Shah assured that Modi Govt stands shoulder to shoulder with people of Punjab & committed to all possible help for flood-affected.
👉 Punjab CM apprised him of damages & demanded additional funds.
🔹 Centre informed Punjab has ₹12,589.59 cr available in SDRF for immediate relief & restoration as per GoI norms.
🔹 PM Modi visited Punjab on Sept 9, reviewed flood situation & announced ₹1,600 cr package. Out of this, ₹805 cr (incl. ₹170 cr by NHAI) already released; balance will be given after state submits details.
📌 An Inter-Ministerial Central Team (IMCT) was sent from Sept 3–6, even before Punjab’s memorandum. State Govt yet to submit a detailed report. Further aid will be considered after submission.
📝 Centre reminded that states can prepare recovery & reconstruction plans, and MHA has already issued guidelines for R&R funding under SDRF/NDRF.
