Paul Brar, it is deeply irresponsible and unacceptable for you to speak publicly about Mandeep Kaur’s death without any real understanding of domestic abuse. Using your platform to discuss such a serious and sensitive issue while spreading harmful narratives shows a complete lack of awareness and accountability.
You had no right to speak on our movement or to accuse us of “ruining families.” That claim is not only false, it is dangerous. It dismisses the lived realities of survivors and contributes to the kind of victim-blaming that keeps people silent.
I gave you the opportunity to have an open discussion on your radio platform, to actually engage in a real conversation. Instead, you chose to speak about me on your own, without accountability. You couldn’t even agree to an open dialogue, likely because you had no real response when challenged directly.
