Canada Youth Vaibhav arrested : ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ‘ਚ ਇੱਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅਸ਼ਲੀਲ ਹਰਕਤਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਸੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ; ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਸੁਰਖੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਆ ,ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਟ੍ਰੋਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣ ਲੱਗਿਆ।
ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੀ ਪੀਲ ਰੀਜਨਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਰੋਪੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਈਵੇਟ ਪਾਰਟ ‘ਚ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉੱਥੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਲੀਨਿਕ ‘ਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਉਤਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਫਿਰ ਉਹ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਈਵੇਟ ਪਾਰਟ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹਣ ਲਈ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ,ਪੋਲ ਖੁੱਲਦੇ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਜਾਂਦਾ।
ਉਸਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਜਾਂ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਕਈ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਹੁਣ “ਵੈਭਵ” ਤੋਂ “ਆਕਾਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ” ਬਣੇ ਆਰੋਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹੋਰ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ,ਜੋ ਪੀੜਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਕ ਰੂਬੀ ਭਸੀਨ ਨੇ 15 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਪੋਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ, ਇਸ ਅਪੀਲ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਕੀ ਸੀ ਪੂਰਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ
ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਇੱਕ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਪੱਤਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵੈਭਵ ਨੇ ਆਕਾਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਪੱਤਰ ਬਣਾਏ। ਉਸਨੇ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਬਲਕਿ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਪੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਵੀ ਬਣਾਏ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਰੋਪੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਉਪਾਅ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਸਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਪ੍ਰਈਵੇਟ ਪਾਰਟ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੈਭਵ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਲੀਨਿਕ ਦੀ ਰੇਕੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਉਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ। ਫਿਰ ਉਹ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਟਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਕਾਲਪਨਿਕ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ ,ਜਿਸ ‘ਚ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਅੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario – – Peel Regional Police have arrested a 25-year-old Brampton resident in connection with a series of alleged indecent acts at multiple medical clinics across Mississauga.According to police, the accused, identified as Vaibhav Vaibhav, is alleged to have visited various healthcare facilities over several months in 2025. Investigators claim he faked medical conditions to prompt female physicians and staff to touch him inappropriately, exposed himself during these visits, and in some instances used the alias “Akashdeep Singh” for official records or identification purposes.The 12 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau made the arrest on December 4, 2025. Vaibhav was held in custody pending a bail hearing and faces the following charges:Indecent act in a public place
Identity fraud with intent to gain advantage
Possession of an identity document
Identity theft
