ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 24 ਤਰੀਕ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 4 ਵਜੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਦੱਸੇ ਘਰੋਂ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ। ਉਹ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਘਰੇ ਹੀ ਛੱਡ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਘਰੋਂ ਗਹਿਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਕਦੀ ਲੈ ਗਈ ਸੀ।
ਪਤਨੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕੋਲ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 5 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਕਸਟਡੀ ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਜਬੂਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਚਾ ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।
