– SIT ‘ਚ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਧਾਰੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਕਰਨ 328 ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ
– CM ਨੇ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਲੈਬਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ , ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਥਿਤ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ਯੋਗ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ, CM ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਲਦ ਨਾਮ ਦੱਸਾਂਗੇ

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, 9 ਫ਼ਰਵਰੀ-
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜਗੱਜ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ 328 ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਧਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਹੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ। ਅੱਜ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜਗੱਜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਸੁਝਾਵਾਂ, ਪੁੱਜੀ ਮੰਗ, ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਦੋਆਬਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਇਹ ਅਤਿ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ ਕੇਵਲ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਧਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੇ ਮਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਵਿਧਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਖ਼ਦਸ਼ੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਅਤਿ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੇਵਲ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਧਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਹਿਤ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਅਦਬ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਲਿਆਕਤ ਹੋਵੇ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਉਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ ਦੋਆਬਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸੁਖਆਸਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰੀ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਵਰਤਾਰਾ ਅਗਾਂਹ ਨਾ ਵਾਪਰੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਅਦਬ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਹਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਕਥਾਵਾਚਕ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਏ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜਗੱਜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਖਿਮਾ ਜਾਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਪਰੰਤੂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਪੰਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦੀ ਇਕੱਤਰਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਟੇਜ ਤੋਂ ਬੋਲਣ ਦੀ, ਕੀਰਤਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਟੇਜ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੈਠਣਗੇ।
ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਨੀਪੈੱਗ ਸਾਊਥ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜੋ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚਾਰਅਧੀਨ ਹੈ, ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜਗੱਜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਗਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉੱਥੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹਨ, ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਧਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਗੁਰੂ ਘਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਨਮਤਾਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਪਰੰਤੂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਹੁਦਰੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਗਤ -35 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦੇ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਉੱਥੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਵੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਿਆ। ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜਗੱਜ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਨੀਪੈੱਗ ਸਾਊਥ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸ. ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸ. ਬਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸ. ਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸ. ਨਵਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸ. ਕੁਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸ. ਰਛਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸ. ਪਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਤਾੜਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ-ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੱਖ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਦੇਣ, ਸੰਗਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਦਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਇਜ਼ਾਜਤ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕੰਮ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੇ 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ-ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਤਾੜਣਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪੰਥਕ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜਗੱਜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 4 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਲਾ-ਮਹੱਲਾ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਨਿਹੰਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਫ਼ੌਜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਲਾ ਮਹੱਲਾ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾਈ ਜਾਹੋ ਜਲਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਪੁੱਜੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਹੋਲੇ ਮਹੱਲੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਲੋਕ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਅੰਨ੍ਹੇਵਾਹ ਰੰਗ ਸੁੱਟਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਰੰਗ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਹੋਲੇ ਮਹੱਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਲੀ ਵੱਲ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੋਲੇ ਮੋਹੱਲੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੰਗ ਸੁੱਟਣਾ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਵਾਜਬ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਨਿਹੰਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਹੱਲਾ ਕੱਢਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਗੁਲਾਲ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਸੀਮਤ ਦਾਇਰੇ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਹੋਲਾ ਮਹੱਲਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਰਵਾਇਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਮਨਾਈਏ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਤਮਸਤਕ ਹੋਈਏ।
ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਸੱਚਖੰਡ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਰਮਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਵਜੋਂ ਆਏ ਦੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਏ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜਗੱਜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਮੰਦਭਾਗੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਕੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੁਣ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਨੀ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਐਵੇਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਰਮਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰਨੀ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਹਰਕਤ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਲੋਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਰਮਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਦੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਕੀ ਉਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਨ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ। ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਉਹ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸਨ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਕਰਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਐਵੇਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕੇ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਮਕੌਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਪੇਪਰ ਮਿੱਲ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜਗੱਜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਸਰਵੇਖਣ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਅਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਫੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ਯੋਗ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਮਕੌਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਸਰਵੇਖਣ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਸੌਂਪੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਘੋਖ ਕੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

Sri Amritsar, February 9:
Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, Giani Kuldip Singh Gargajj, today issued directions to the Punjab government that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the matter related to 328 sacred saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji must be constituted exclusively of Amritdhari (initiated) Sikh police officers. Speaking to the media at the Secretariat of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, Jathedar Giani Kuldip Singh Gargajj said that in view of the suggestions and demands received from the Sikh sangat residing in India and abroad, the recent violation of Sikh maryada (conduct) by a Punjab Police SIT at a religious place in the Doaba region, and Sikh sentiments towards Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, it is extremely essential that the SIT be comprised only of Amritdhari Sikh officers.
He said that due to the functioning of the officers in the present SIT, doubts have arisen in the minds of the sangat and several apprehensions have emerged. Therefore, it has become imperative that only Amritdhari Sikh officers—who possess complete understanding of Sikh Rehat Maryada (code of conduct) and the reverence due to Guru Sahib—should carry forward the investigation. He said that recently, when the investigation team reached a religious place in the Doaba region, they violated Sikh maryada by inspecting the sacred saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji at the place of Sukhasan (resting place), which was against established maryada. This deeply hurt Sikh sentiments. To ensure that such an incident does not recur, these directions have been issued, the Jathedar said.
Regarding the case of remarks made against the reverence of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji in the presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Barnala-based kathavachak Gurjant Singh was summoned today and appeared before the Jathedar at the Secretariat of Sri Akal Takht Sahib. Jathedar Giani Kuldip Singh Gargajj said that although Gurjant Singh sought forgiveness upon his appearance, the matter is serious and will be deliberated upon in a gathering of the Panj Singh Sahiban, and he will be presented before Sri Akal Takht Sahib. He said that until Gurjant Singh is presented, he will remain barred from speaking from any stage or performing kirtan. Additionally, he is not permitted to sit on any Sikh religious stage during this period.
Regarding the matter of Gurdwara Sahib Winnipeg South Sikh Centre in Canada, which is under consideration at Sri Akal Takht Sahib following complaints from the sangat, Jathedar Giani Kuldip Singh Gargajj said that the sangat has lodged complaints against the gurdwara management alleging tampering with the sacred saroop of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, that the management is not Amritdhari, that manmat (practices contrary to Gurmat) are being followed inside the gurdwara, and that the sangat has been stopped from visiting the gurdwara. The Jathedar said that Sri Akal Takht Sahib has repeatedly issued directions to the gurdwara management in this regard, but despite this, the management continues to act arbitrarily and against the sentiments of the sangat. He said that even in temperatures of –35 degrees Celsius, the sangat is protesting, yet the gurdwara management has not deemed it necessary to send its clarification to Sri Akal Takht Sahib.
Jathedar Giani Kuldip Singh Gargajj issued a stern warning to the office-bearers of Gurdwara Sahib Winnipeg South Sikh Centre—President Nishan Singh, Secretary Baljinder Singh, Mohan Singh, Navdeep Singh, Kulwinder Singh, Rachhpal Singh and Pardeep Singh—directing them to personally appear before Sri Akal Takht Sahib and submit their stand within 10 days, allow the sangat to visit the gurdwara respecting their sentiments, and immediately stop all activities being carried out contrary to Gurmat. He said that if the management fails to comply with the directions and warning within 10 days, strict action will be taken against them in accordance with Panthic sentiments.
Jathedar Giani Kuldip Singh Gargajj said that Hola Mohalla will be celebrated on March 4 on the sacred land of Sri Anandpur Sahib. He said that since the time of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Nihang Singh jathas and the entire Khalsa Panth have celebrated Hola Mohalla at Sri Anandpur Sahib with Khalsa splendour, grandeur and martial spirit. He said that over the past few years, complaints have been received stating that during Hola Mohalla many people indiscriminately throw colours on one another and even on Sangat. He said this appears to be an attempt to convert the unique festival of Hola Mohalla into Holi, which is unacceptable. Throwing colours on the sangat during Hola Mohalla at Sri Anandpur Sahib is completely unjustified and against Sikh principles, and is therefore strictly banned. The administration will also be taken into confidence in this regard, and any violation will invite strict action. He clarified that when Nihang Singh jathas take out Mohalla (procession), they apply gulal to one another within a limited and defined area. He appealed to the entire Sikh sangat to celebrate Hola Mohalla strictly in accordance with the tradition bestowed by the Guru Sahib and to pay obeisance at Sri Anandpur Sahib in large numbers.
Responding to a question regarding the recent incident in which two individuals who had come as devotees were picked up reportedly by Punjab Police from the parikrama of Sachkhand Sri Darbar Sahib without the knowledge of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), Jathedar Giani Kuldip Singh Gargajj termed it a highly unfortunate incident. He said that direct responsibility in this matter lies with the Punjab government and the state Home Department, questioning whether the police have now been given such unchecked authority that they can arbitrarily pick up people from the parikrama of Sri Darbar Sahib. He said that a complete report will be sought from the executive of the SGPC regarding this incident. This was an extremely irresponsible act by the police and cannot be tolerated under any circumstances. He said that the Punjab Home Department must clarify whether the persons who picked up the two individuals from the parikrama were indeed police personnel or not, and who were the individuals that entered the parikrama that day. He asserted that the Punjab government cannot be allowed such freedom to arbitrarily pick up individuals from Sri Darbar Sahib.#
Replying to a question regarding the memorandum submitted by the sangat concerning the proposed paper mill in the Sri Chamkaur Sahib area, Jathedar Giani Kuldip Singh Gargajj said that the survey conducted for setting up the factory has ignored the historic Sikh religious sites of the area, which is highly objectionable. He said that the sangat of Sri Chamkaur Sahib has submitted the survey report to Sri Akal Takht Sahib, which will be examined thoroughly and appropriate action will be taken.
